The Seam-Lok panel utilizes a 16Ga. hold down clip that is attached to the sub structure, which allows for a concealed fastener and thermal movement.

The Seam-Lok standing seam panel has a 16” or 18” wide coverage, and features a 2” tall vertical seam.

SBI’s Seam-Lok metal roof panel can be installed over purlins, but is also ideal for solid deck applications on slopes 2/12 and higher. It is easy to install and provides a worry free roof.

Our standard Seam-Lok panel comes in 24Ga. thickness has options of a flat pan, striations, or minor ribs, with a Galvalume, SP40, or Kynar finish. Options for the Seam-Lok panel include: special colors, 22Ga. thickness.
