TSS-324 Roof
System
The TSS-324 Roof System is secured to the roof structure with clips that are locked into the seam during the field seaming process.
The TSS-324 Standing Seam Roof System is specifically designed to accommodate roof movement due to thermal expansions and contractions.
CLIP
APPLICATIONS:
Low
Floating Clips are Standard for 3" Blanket insulation. High Floating
Clips w/ Thermal Blocks are used for applications with thick
insulation.
PANEL FINISHES
GALVALUME - 20 Year Finish Warranty is Standard TRINAR - 20
Year Finish Warranty is Standard TRINAR finishes are made with unique polyvinylidine
fluoride resin, which contains a minimum 70% KYNAR 500 PDVF. This unique
chemistry is combined with our own proprietary acrylic resin and
ceramic/inorganic pigmentation and provides TRINAR's proven ability to
resist ultraviolet radiation in sunlight for maximum protection against
general weathering effects, fading and chaulking.
FEATURES:
*The steel panels will be formed into a shape that will
resist live load and wind uplift without the complexity and cost of
additional substrate. *TS-324 panel sidelap is formed using a Triplelok J
seam. *Field seaming the adjacent panel sides over each other to interlock
the two panels forms the Triplelok seam. *The interlocked panels form a
watertight seal that will resist separation. *Water resistance of the seam
is developed by factory-applied sealant. The factory-applied sealant is
injected into the female side of the seam during panel forming. *Load
